CLIENT: Anette, NW London

I am a 32 year old woman with Asperger syndrome who struggles a lot with social anxiety. My social anxiety has got a lot worse over the years and I now have no friends and an extremely lonely and depressed. I just don't know how to speak to people and so, in turn, I am really difficult to talk to. I don't have any hobbies so that makes it harder. I feel very stuck and I don't know how to improve my low self esteem and social skills. I am not comfortable around men so I would prefer to work with a female. I am mixed race (African/European) and struggle with British culture.
