I am a parent of 3 children that I homeschool. I have been struggling to find a routine that suits me and my children, whilst also suppoprting my partner and finding time for myself.
i have been struggling to find who i am as an individual. I know i am capable of so much more that I'm currently doing. I have a vision of the lift i would like to live, i just need help breaking down my plan in to bitesize chunks.

I have goal for my physical body this year, my mental health, t be coming a more confident and clear communicator and finding time for myself to find and pursue passions and hopefully in turn find some friends.

I live in my partners shadow doing a lot behind the scenes to support his goals. I don't want to outshine him, bbut I'd like to make my goals priorities
