CLIENT: Keri, Northampton

Hey,

I'm Keri, a 33 year old single mum, living in UK with a 11month old baby, enjoying motherhood more now despite the obvious challenges, now looking to reinvent myself in 2024!

Now that my daughter Nova is getting older, she is more independent and I can finally now prioritise my needs more. I recently joined a gym, found a personal trainer to get my body back into shape, got my provisional drivers licence and downloaded the theory driving app to learn how to drive, I've also made the decision to stop breast feeding when Nova turns 12months, and asked my mum to look after my her every Saturday so I have an dedicated selfcare day each week. These are just some of the micro-goals I want to work on this year to reach my ultimate goal of reinvetion.

So I'm really trying to put things in place so I can become my best self this year, but I currently feel very disorganised and a little overwhelmed about having to jungle so many things at the same time.this is why I want a life coach to help guide my along this transformation journey.

I really hope you can sense my desire to improve and see a way to help me.
