I’m 39 years old. I’ve suffered from stress, anxiety and mental health most my life. I feel I’ve never had any direction in my life from my parents or anyone else. I’m currently separated from my children. I don’t have a drivers licence and work as a postman full time. I live in a small town and have no friends. Sometimes I’m suicidal but the kids keep me on this planet. Please help.
